Man & Van

Do you charge tolls?

There is additional CCarge + Parking. If you direct us to use motorways (your driver will discuss the route to the next premises on the day) we will add the toll charge at cost to the invoice.

Remember, using tolls cuts down our travel time and will end up saving you money.

What about an extra helper?

For larger jobs this is highly recommended. For the low rate of £10 per hour GST the extra pair of hands will make the move go quicker. In many cases the overall charge is less with an extra man to get the job done.

A two man move will save you time and money. Even though you are paying a higher hourly rate, your billable hours will be less;

Example 1:
Luton Van with 1 men £35 per hour x 5 hours = £175

Example 2:
Luton Van with 2 men £45 per hour x 3 hours = £135

Can you offer pre-packing/unpacking?

Can you deliver boxes and packaging material?

Yes. For a fee of ???  We will deliver packaging materials and boxes to your door anywhere inside M25. Please contact us for more details.

Do you move after hours?

Yes.

Can I help with loading and unloading?

Yes it is your stuff we are transporting, so you may help us move it to and from the back of the vehicle. If you do want to help to reduce costs we suggest you leave the large and difficult pieces to us (that is why you have employed us after all).

What areas do you service?

Local, National, International.

Can you organise cleaning?

Yes, as part of Multi Clean London we can provide you full range of cleaning services, such as end-of-tenancy cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, commercial cleaning etc.

Do you move pianos?

Yes, we can move upright pianos weighing no more than 150kg. Please inform us on booking if your move will include a piano. There is NO extra fee for moving a piano on top of the rate but you will require an extra helper which is an additional £10 per hour per helper.

What about antiques and fine arts?

Do your vans have tail-lift?

No.

What are your office hours?

24/7

What if I need to cancel my move?

You have to give us notice 24 hours before appointment either way charges may be apply.

What is your service time?

24/7. Between 8pm – 8am additional charge may be apply. Please contact us for more details.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is strictly Cash on end of the job. We do not accept cheques under any circumstances so please do not ask. If you are paying in cash please ensure you have enough money on you on the day. You may pay via PayPal or Bank Transfer, in this case you have to pay upfront (with conformation).
